Former Presidential Aide Kingsley Kuku Loses Mother at 90

Hon. Kingsley Kuku, former Special Adviser on Niger Delta Affairs to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan and former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has announced the peaceful passing of his mother, Mama Keketobou Jane Kuku (née Gbamila), at the age of 90.

In a family statement, Mama Kuku was remembered as a woman of exceptional grace, wisdom, and compassion. Revered in her community, she devoted her life to family, faith, and service, earning the love and respect of relatives and neighbours alike. Her nurturing spirit and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

The family highlighted her unwavering commitment to humility, hard work, and the importance of education and moral values, which she instilled in her children and grandchildren.

Mama Kuku is survived by a large and loving family, including children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended relatives, who continue to honour her legacy of integrity, kindness, and devotion. Details of her funeral arrangements will be shared with the public in due course.
