Big Brother Naija Season 11 Head of House, Sheba, has openly expressed her frustration over what she described as the poor level of commitment shown by some of her fellow housemates during preparations for this week’s wager presentation.
Speaking during Tuesday morning’s rehearsal, Sheba challenged everyone in the house to become more involved, insisting that every contestant has a responsibility to contribute to the group’s success. According to her, no one should expect others to carry the workload while they remain on the sidelines.
She made it clear that anyone unwilling to put in the effort should either rise to the occasion or step aside, stressing that the housemates are adults who should understand the importance of teamwork.
Sheba also reminded everyone that they voluntarily signed up for an entertainment show, regardless of their professions or backgrounds. She noted that being a lawyer, doctor, teacher or professor does not change the fact that their primary responsibility in the Big Brother house is to entertain viewers.
Encouraging every housemate to play an active role, she explained that there is room for everyone to contribute. Those who cannot act, she said, can sing, while others should simply discover where they fit best and give their all to the wager task.
The Head of House warned that she would not allow poor participation to define the Season 11 contestants. She said the group must avoid earning a reputation as the most uninteresting cast in the history of the reality show.
Sheba further reminded the housemates that they secured their places in the competition because they displayed exceptional energy during the audition process. She insisted that the same enthusiasm that earned them a spot in the house should remain visible throughout the competition.
She concluded by urging everyone to respect Big Brother’s rules and take the game seriously. According to her, if the housemates fail to show the required level of commitment and respect for the house, she would have no choice but to address them more firmly, describing the current attitude toward the wager preparations as unacceptable.
Her remarks come as the housemates intensify rehearsals for their first wager presentation under her leadership, with Sheba determined to lead the team to a performance capable of impressing Big Brother and securing a successful wager.
