The group declared its firm solidarity with European, North American, Central American, and Caribbean counterparts, effectively signaling that the current proposal lacks the broad consensus required to move forward. The confederation emphasized that the World Cup thrives because of its universal appeal and the inclusive participation of all nations, warning that any venture risking this unity must be abandoned.
