Veteran entertainer Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has shared his thoughts on the ongoing drama between actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In a video shared on his social media page, the outspoken singer questioned why the couple chose to air their private issues online instead of handling them discreetly. He criticized both parties for turning their marriage problems into public spectacle, urging them to maintain some dignity.
“Why are you both bringing your private matter to social media, trying to form either a victim or a saint?” he said. “Ned, as an elder, you should know better. Age doesn’t always mean wisdom, and clout won’t fix chaos. If your marriage is facing challenges, handle it privately. There’s no need to wash your dirty linen in public.”
His comments come as several celebrities rally around Regina Daniels amid the controversy. Mercy Aigbe sent words of comfort, describing the actress as young, gifted, and still learning. She encouraged her to stay strong through the storm and never lose her vibrant spirit.
