Dangote Refinery has reduced the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) at its gantries by N25 per litre, bringing the ex-depot rate down from N799 to N774 per litre.
The refinery informed marketers of the adjustment on Tuesday, stating that the new rate takes immediate effect. In a notice from its Group Commercial Operations Department, Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE confirmed the change: “This is to notify you of a change in our PMS gantry price from N799 per litre to N774 per litre.”
Industry pricing platforms have already reflected the revised rate. The refinery also noted that its PMS lifting incentive has ended, explaining that credits for volumes lifted from 2nd to 10th February 2026, within the previously communicated thresholds, will be posted to marketers’ accounts.
The move is expected to provide some relief to consumers amid ongoing fluctuations in fuel prices.
