Popular media personality Frank Edoho has opened up about the emotional weight many men silently carry, revealing that he never wants his life to end because of pain connected to any woman, whether a wife, mother or daughter.
Speaking during an appearance on the Outside The Box YouTube show, the longtime broadcaster shared deep personal thoughts about life, emotional struggles and how he hopes to be remembered when his time eventually comes.
According to him, he wants to leave the world with peace in his heart, knowing he touched lives positively and brought happiness to people around him.
Frank Edoho explained that he would rather be remembered for spreading joy and doing good than for living with regrets or emotional pain. He said his greatest wish is to depart this life smiling, with the only regret being that he could not do even more for others.
The former Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? host also spoke on the silent battles many men face daily. He noted that society often expects men to stay strong no matter the pressure, forcing many to hide their struggles instead of seeking help.
He said men go through difficult moments quietly and often keep their pain locked inside until the very end. According to him, countless men carry emotional burdens nobody ever gets to know about.
Edoho further revealed that he once passed through one of the darkest periods of his life for about two years without opening up to anyone. Despite how heavy things became at the time, he managed to overcome the phase through personal strength and endurance.
Reflecting on his years in broadcasting, the veteran television presenter said the profession taught him how to remain calm and composed even when things were falling apart behind the scenes.
He explained that while working in front of the camera or microphone, he learned to hide emotions and continue performing professionally regardless of what he was facing internally. However, he admitted that applying that same emotional control in his personal life has not always been easy.
