Nollywood star Omotola Ekeinde shared a touching family moment when she introduced her first daughter, Princess Ekeinde, to former President Olusegun Obasanjo at the premiere of her latest film, A Mother’s Love.

Zoyols reported that the highly anticipated movie premiered on Sunday, March 1, ahead of its nationwide cinema release on March 6. The event drew attention not only for the film itself but also for the special interactions that unfolded on the red carpet.

In a video that quickly began circulating online, Omotola was seen warmly presenting her daughter to the former president. Another clip captured the actress posing for photographs with Obasanjo, standing alongside her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, and Princess. The atmosphere reflected both pride and celebration as the family marked an important milestone in Omotola’s career.

The actress has never hidden her admiration for her children, especially Princess. On her birthday in 2023, Omotola described her as the true definition of joy, calling her the energy of any gathering and someone whose presence lights up a room. She spoke about her daughter’s vibrant spirit, friendly nature and love for dance, painting a picture of a young woman full of life.

Princess has also made her parents proud academically. In 2022, she graduated from Middlesex University in Dubai, a moment Omotola publicly celebrated on her verified Instagram page. The proud mother noted that the graduation coincided with two other significant family milestones, making it an even more memorable period for them.

Omotola’s love and high expectations extend to her other children as well. While celebrating her second daughter, Meraiah, she praised her for being dependable and hardworking, revealing that she chose to work on her birthday instead of going on vacation.

Like many mothers, Omotola balances admiration with playful discipline. When Princess once shared bikini photos online, the actress jokingly warned her not to block her from seeing such posts after a fan suggested it. Her lighthearted reaction showed the close and open bond they share.

She has also spoken about her youngest son, Michael, teasing him over his taste in music after sharing a video of him singing on their way to the gym. In her usual candid style, she questioned the kind of songs young people enjoy these days, saying she felt out of place listening to them.

From the red carpet moment with Obasanjo to the everyday family banter she shares online, Omotola continues to blend her public life with her role as a devoted mother, giving fans glimpses of both her professional achievements and the family she proudly stands beside.
