Nollywood star Sarah Martins has broken her silence after a rider reportedly lost his job following a bold confession of love for her. The man had slid into her DMs, lamenting that she looked down on him because he didn’t own a jet and revealing that he had lost his job.

Sharing screenshots of their conversation on Instagram, Sarah questioned whether she should feel guilty for the outcome. She expressed disbelief at his audacity to profess undying love despite the circumstances and made it clear that his actions were disrespectful.

“Should I feel sorry for making him lose his job? I guess not. The audacity to message me and confess his undying love is something I can’t fathom. This should serve as a lesson to him and others. I find it disrespectful and disgusting,” she wrote.

This isn’t the first time the Asaba actress has called out inappropriate behavior. In 2024, she publicly condemned a male colleague who had sexualized her, claiming a video clip of her had “messed up his head.” That same year, she addressed an accusation from a married woman who thought Sarah was her husband’s side chick, revealing that the husband was gay and involved with men.

Sarah also shared an incident where she slapped a married man who brazenly asked for her phone number to hook up, emphasizing her stance on respecting boundaries and maintaining her dignity.

Through these experiences, the actress continues to stress that audacity and disrespect have consequences, and she isn’t afraid to call it out.
