Siakpere Hails Oborevwori Over Peaceful Delta APC Congresses

Zoyols

Barrister John Ewhubare Siakpere, a prominent legal practitioner and political strategist, has officially congratulated Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, following the peaceful and well-organized All Progressives Congress (APC) congresses held across the state. Siakpere, who serves as the Director-General of Team Siakpere for Oborevwori 2027, credited the orderly nature of these internal elections to the governor’s hands-on leadership and inclusive approach to party management.

Speaking on the successful conclusion of the ward, local government, and state congresses, the UK-based lawyer and businessman noted that the seamless process reflects Governor Oborevwori’s adroit ability to build consensus among diverse and often competing interests within the party. According to Siakpere, the outcome demonstrates that political stability in Delta State is increasingly built upon a foundation of open communication, mutual respect, and collective responsibility. He emphasized to Reports that such a milestone was no accident, but rather a direct result of the governor’s pragmatism.

By prioritizing consistent engagement with party leaders, grassroots members, and key stakeholders throughout the state, the governor managed to foster a sense of trust and cooperation that was largely absent in previous political cycles. Siakpere highlighted that Oborevwori possesses a rare capacity to navigate complex political dynamics with strategic foresight, ensuring that all factions feel heard and accommodated rather than dominated. In his view, this shift toward inclusion and consultation has been vital in keeping the state’s political environment stable and progressive.

The successful congresses also serve as a positive signal for the party’s future, reinforcing the credibility of its democratic institutions. Siakpere commended the elders, party leaders, and grassroots members for their display of maturity and their shared commitment to the broader goal of stability. He pointed out that when leadership consistently chooses collaboration over confrontation, potential tensions are diffused long before they can escalate into conflict.

Siakpere expressed strong optimism that the newfound unity will significantly strengthen the organizational structure of the APC in Delta State, positioning it for continued success. He urged members to maintain this spirit of cooperation, reinforcing that collective effort remains the key to Delta State’s ongoing progress. Ultimately, he concluded, the congresses have proven that when leadership is purposeful, the political process can function as a platform for unity rather than a catalyst for division.
