Nigerian actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh is taking a major step in her spiritual journey with the launch of her own prophetic ministry, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle. She shared the news with her followers this past Sunday, marking a new chapter for the performer who has increasingly dedicated her time and platform to religious advocacy.
Dikeh has been quite vocal about her commitment to faith lately. Her recent activities have sparked conversations across social media, ranging from leading intensive deliverance sessions to offering candid advice to men about the necessity of putting in genuine effort rather than leaning on spirituality as a shortcut in relationships.
Describing the ministry as an interdenominational altar and a global movement, the actress explained that the initiative is intended for those seeking a more profound spiritual experience. She highlighted that the mission is to reach those who are tired of conventional, lukewarm practices and are instead searching for true transformation. Drawing from the biblical passage in Mark 2:22, she positioned the new initiative as a space for believers to encounter what she describes as the raw power and presence of God.
The ministry aims to foster a global awakening, equipping followers to actively participate in what she calls the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom. While she clarified that the organization is not intended to function as a traditional church, she sees it as a concentrated gathering for individuals who are prepared to be refined and commissioned for a higher purpose. Her mission statement emphasizes apostolic training, the activation of spiritual gifts, and a focus on delivering freedom to the captive.
For those interested in participating, the fellowship is scheduled to host weekly meetings. The sessions will take place every Friday evening at 6:00 PM at the Omini Grand Hotel, located near Masalachi Junction in the Jabi area of Abuja.
