2026/27 Champions League Stage: Full Club List

The clubs lined up for the league stage of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League are now known, and a host of Europe’s biggest names will be there.

Paris Saint Germain return as holders. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Inter Milan, Manchester City, Arsenal and Barcelona are in the mix as well. England also sends Manchester United and Aston Villa. Spain’s group is completed by Atletico Madrid, Real Betis and Villarreal.

Germany will be represented by Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Stuttgart. Italy has Inter Milan, AS Roma, Napoli and Como. Portugal sends Sporting CP and Porto. The Netherlands has PSV Eindhoven and Feyenoord.

France is not only PSG. Lille and RC Lens are through. Turkey has Fenerbahce and Galatasaray. Club Brugge go in as Belgian champions. Shakhtar Donetsk fly the flag for Ukraine, and Bodo/Glimt for Norway.

The field also takes in Slavia Praha of the Czech Republic, Slovan Bratislava of Slovakia, AEK Athens of Greece, LASK of Austria, Viking of Norway and Sabah of Azerbaijan, Zoyols News reports.

Thirty six clubs will sit in one table. Each side plays eight games against eight different opponents, four at home and four away. The top eight go straight into the round of 16. Places nine to twenty four enter a knockout play off. Sides from twenty five to thirty six drop out of Europe.
