Blessing CEO Dares Accuser to Sue Over Cancer Result Forgery

Zoyols News

The controversy surrounding relationship expert Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has taken a sharp legal turn following allegations of medical forgery. After announcing a battle with breast cancer, the influencer now faces a direct challenge from a woman named Deborah Mbara, who claims her own medical results were stolen and edited by Blessing to support a fake health crisis.

The situation reached a boiling point during a recent Instagram live session with Daddy Freeze, where Blessing CEO broke her silence on the matter. During the broadcast, a man identified as Deborah’s brother joined the call to confront the influencer, alleging that she had been secretly contacting their lawyers to plead for a settlement. Blessing, however, dismissed these claims, challenging the family to take the matter to a court of law. She insisted that if there is concrete evidence of forgery, the legal system is the best place to settle it, rather than on social media.

This back-and-forth follows a series of emotional videos where Blessing originally claimed to be battling stage 4 cancer. She described herself as being in a state of fear and denial, admitting to followers that she was terrified of the hospital environment. However, under questioning from the public, her story appeared to shift. She later clarified that while she was diagnosed at a Nigerian hospital, she was unsure of the exact stage and confessed to “exaggerating” certain details because she didn’t know how much her future surgery would cost.

Critics have been quick to jump on these inconsistencies. Actress Sarah Martins publicly accused Blessing of staging a “stunt” to raise money for her partner’s business, claiming the couple is simply broke and looking for public sympathy. Similarly, actress Nkechi Blessing reminded the public of the influencer’s past controversies involving a house she once claimed was hers, suggesting that this latest health scare is just another fabrication.

The story has even drawn in high-profile activists like Very Dark Man, who revealed he had already donated money to her cause. He warned her that defrauding the public under the guise of a terminal illness is a serious crime and demanded that she provide proof of her medical status or prepare to refund his donation. Interestingly, amidst the skepticism, Mama Jazz, the sister of IVD’s late wife, made a significant donation of one million naira to support the alleged treatment, stating that her foundation remains committed to helping women fight cancer regardless of the drama.

As the accusations of forgery mount, Reports has learned that the Mbara family is standing by their claim that their private medical data was manipulated. With both sides now mentioning legal action, the coming weeks will likely determine whether this is a genuine health battle or one of the most significant digital deceptions in recent memory.
