Clement Siakpere has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and Deltans on the state’s 35th anniversary.
The Executive Assistant to the Governor on Education Monitoring described the milestone as a time to reflect on Delta’s journey, celebrate its progress and recommit to further development. He praised the Oborevwori administration for its focus on good governance, infrastructure and the welfare of residents.
Siakpere noted that Delta has produced notable individuals and made significant strides in education, infrastructure and human capital over the past 35 years. He urged residents to stay united and support ongoing efforts to move the state forward, adding that sustainable development needs the collective input of government, the private sector and citizens.
He also called on Deltans to honour past leaders and stakeholders who helped shape the state. Siakpere expressed confidence that Delta will achieve greater progress under the current leadership and wished the governor and the people a peaceful and prosperous anniversary.
