The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Dayo Israel, has congratulated Rangers International FC after their triumph in the Nigerian league, describing the achievement as a proud moment in the country’s football history.
In a statement issued on Monday, he praised Rangers International F.C. for securing their ninth league title, saying the victory reflects the club’s long standing tradition, consistency and resilience over the years.
He also commended the efforts of the Nigeria Premier Football League and the National Sports Commission for their role in improving the structure of domestic football and restoring public confidence in the competition.
According to him, the recently concluded season delivered one of the most intense title races in recent memory, with the championship decided only on the final day of matches.
