Zacuten chases $4.1m in unpaid deal with Plaude

Zoyols News

Zacuten Technologies is pressing for answers over an alleged $4.1 million unpaid balance from a $13.07 million transaction involving Plaude Technologies Limited and Plaude Inc.

The firm claims Plaude has already confirmed the deal was worth around $13.07 million, with roughly $8.95 million paid so far. This leaves between $4.1 million and $4.2 million still outstanding.

According to Zacuten’s Chief Executive Officer, Godsreal Ojinaka, the company has repeatedly asked Plaude for clarification, proof of payment and a clear settlement schedule, yet nothing has been resolved.

He stated that a delay, an explanation or a public statement does not count as payment, adding that the obligation remains unsettled.
