At 3:00 pm Manchester City welcome Coventry, the hosts fresh from a 4-1 win over Crystal Palace and Coventry still licking a 0-1 loss to Hull City. Also at 3:00 pm, Nottingham Forest entertain Tottenham after a 2-2 draw with Liverpool, with Spurs looking to bounce back from the Newcastle reverse. Hull City host Aston Villa at 5:30 pm, Hull chasing a third win in three and Villa still without a point.
Sunday starts with Everton against Manchester United at 2:00 pm. Everton drew 1-1 with Bournemouth last weekend. United answered an opening-day loss to Hull City with a 5-2 win over Ipswich.
