Carter Efe Demands N50m Prize Money After Celebrity Boxing Victory

Zoyols News

Popular content creator Carter Efe has broken his silence regarding the N50 million prize money promised for his victory in a recent celebrity boxing match. Despite emerging as the winner in the highly publicized bout, the entertainer revealed that he is yet to receive a single kobo of the life-changing sum, sparking a wave of concern among his followers.

The fight, which took place last Friday, saw Carter Efe go head-to-head with singer Portable in a grueling contest that pushed both men to their physical limits. While the judges ultimately declared Carter Efe the winner, the victory has been overshadowed by controversy. Portable initially disputed the result, claiming the decision was skewed in his opponent’s favor by the event organizers. However, the focus has now shifted from the officiating to the integrity of the prize fulfillment.

In a recent video shared across social media and captured by Zoyols News, a visibly frustrated Carter Efe called out the organizers for the delay. He expressed his disappointment and anger, emphasizing the physical toll the match took on him and the risk he took by stepping into the ring. He lamented that despite nearly pushing himself to the point of collapse to secure the win, the financial commitment made to him remains unfulfilled.

“I haven’t seen the N50 million yet,” he cried out in the recording, urging the promoters to do the right thing and settle the debt. As the situation develops, fans and industry observers are waiting to see if the organizers will provide clarity on the payment delay or if the dispute will escalate further. For now, the champion of the night is left waiting for the reward he feels he rightfully earned in the ring.
