Nigerian DJ Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, is celebrating a special milestone—her beloved dogs, Dúdú and FünFün, have turned five. Sharing adorable photos on Instagram, she marked the day with a heartfelt call for birthday wishes for her furry companions.
“Today is a special day! Help me wish my boys Dúdú and FünFün a HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY! Five years of cuddles, chaos, and small, small barking at nothing,” she wrote, capturing the joy and mischief that has come with raising her pets.
Fans quickly reacted to her post, with one commenting, “Na really your boys. It is well in Jesus name,” while others expressed playful surprise at celebrating dogs’ birthdays.
Cuppy’s love for Dúdú and FünFün is no secret. Last year, she shared glimpses of their 33rd birthday celebration alongside her own, highlighting the close bond she shares with them. Following her sister Temi’s wedding, she humorously revealed how her dogs “sent” congratulations, joking about missing the invite.
Her pampering of the pups extends beyond social media. In 2024, she even took them to church for blessings, posting a video and noting that God’s love embraces all His creation. Cuppy has also spoiled them with accessories, including glasses, belts, ties, bracelets, and chains, declaring that they deserve nothing but the best.
Over the years, she has openly credited her dogs with changing her life. In past posts, she has described them as living a life even better than hers and humorously insisted that any future partner must first earn their approval. From their second birthday in 2022 to today, Dúdú and FünFün have clearly been at the center of DJ Cuppy’s heart—and her social media feed.
