Angel Smith, the former Big Brother Naija housemate who has long been a fixture in Nigeria’s entertainment scene, is set to celebrate her wedding to her partner, Tumininu. The reality TV personality shared the news on Wednesday via her personal Snapchat account, giving fans a glimpse into the upcoming festivities.

The announcement came with a look at their official wedding invitation, which set a specific, sophisticated tone for the event. The couple has requested that guests adhere to an all-black dress code, with a note on the invite reminding attendees to “celebrate in style” while wearing black.

This wedding follows a journey that the star began sharing with her followers in 2025. After initially posting photos and clips of their relationship online, the couple reportedly took the step of holding a civil ceremony in the United States this past January.

The path to this moment has been highly publicized, especially given the history behind it. Angel’s relationship with Tumininu followed her widely discussed breakup with fellow reality star Soma Anyama. Angel and Soma had initially captured public attention when their relationship began in 2023 during the All Stars edition of the popular reality show, but the two eventually parted ways in 2024. Now, with this upcoming celebration, Angel is clearly turning a new page in her personal life.
