The Isoko National Youth Assembly (INYA) Worldwide has extended its warmest congratulations to Professor Samuel Ovuete Aghalino following his recent appointment as the Vice Chancellor of Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba. In a statement shared with, the youth organization characterized the appointment as a fitting tribute to a career defined by academic brilliance and exceptional leadership.

The group’s President, Comrade Eniwake Orogun, noted that Professor Aghalino’s new role is a clear reflection of his administrative skill and his unwavering dedication to the growth of higher education in Nigeria. Over the years, the Professor has earned a reputation for being a visionary scholar, and there is a strong belief within the community that his time at the helm will mark a significant turning point for the institution.

The youth assembly expects the university to reach new heights under his guidance. They anticipate a period marked by academic progress, more robust institutional structures, and a rise in the school’s standing on the global stage.

The leadership of INYA also took the opportunity to praise the Delta State Governor for making what they described as a merit-based decision. They pointed out that choosing such a qualified individual shows a genuine commitment to raising the bar for education in the state. Such moves, they argued, give young people and other stakeholders more reasons to trust the government’s plans for the sector.

In closing its message, the assembly reiterated its promise to stand behind any initiative that focuses on human capital development and academic success. They expressed their full support for the new Vice Chancellor and wished him a productive and impactful stay in office as he takes on this major responsibility.
