Lagos Government Delays Lekki-Ajah Expressway Repairs

The Lagos State Government has announced a delay in the planned repairs of the Lekki–Ajah expressway, initially scheduled to begin on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

While preliminary preparations along the corridor will continue through the end of the month, full-scale rehabilitation works have been postponed to a later date. Authorities have assured the public that a new commencement date will be shared once finalized.

The government expressed appreciation to commuters and road users for their patience and understanding, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing road infrastructure and providing safer, more efficient travel across the state.
