Fayose’s brother slams him: “A pig remains a pig”

ZoyolsBlog

Isaac Fayose, younger brother of former Ekiti State governor Ayo Fayose, has publicly condemned his elder sibling over his recent attack on former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

The dispute stems from a blistering message Ayo Fayose sent to Obasanjo, accusing him of being “irresponsible” and claiming he “belongs in the zoo.” The message, made public by Obasanjo’s media aide Kehinde Akinyemi, went further to question the former president’s mental state, suggesting he was suffering from “heightened dementia.”

In the SMS, Fayose wrote, “Someone once said you are supposed to be kept away in the zoo. Sincerely, that’s where you belong.” He also demanded the return of money Obasanjo allegedly acknowledged receiving and explained that he had withheld a response at the birthday event to allow the public to “see the difference between a sane and a mad man.”

Obasanjo responded briefly, stating that the message “undisguisedly revealed who and what you are, unchanged and unchangeable.”

Isaac Fayose, reacting to the feud, condemned his brother’s actions in strong terms. Posting on Instagram, he wrote, “A pig will forever remain a pig irrespective of the garlands you dress him in,” attaching the press statement in which Ayo Fayose harshly criticised the former president.
