Controversial street-pop artist Portable is once again making headlines as he revisits a deeply personal and painful grievance involving Koko Zaria, a well-known associate of MC Oluomo. In a newly surfaced video, the singer opened up about an incident that has clearly left a lasting mark on him, proving that while he may move on, he certainly does not forget the details of past betrayals.
Portable recounted a specific night in Oshodi where he had been invited by MC Oluomo to perform as a headlining star. According to the singer, the experience was soured when he witnessed Koko Zaria acting inappropriately with his baby mama. Portable alleged that the socialite went as far as having the woman sit on his lap and fondling her in a provocative manner, all while his then one-year-old child was present. “I don’t forget easily, but I do forgive,” the singer stated, questioning whether Koko Zaria truly believed such a public disrespect would just fade away with time.
This isn’t the first time this particular drama has bubbled to the surface. Reports previously shared with Reports highlight a massive falling out in 2024, when Portable launched a scathing tirade against the mother of his child, Keji, over her alleged affair with the media aide. At the time, he accused her of being involved with dozens of men and issued direct threats toward Koko Zaria. In response to those outbursts, Keji had vowed to remain a constant thorn in the singer’s side, pleading with him to stop driving away her “helpers” while insisting she wasn’t looking for a fight.
The “Zazoo Zehh” crooner has always been fiercely protective of his family, despite his complicated personal life. He previously had a public confrontation with actor Odunlade Adekola over comments made to one of his partners, reinforcing his stance that while people label him as troublesome, he is simply a loyal man who does not joke with his household. Currently, Portable is officially married to Bewaji, who has two children with him, though his full family tree includes four children with three different women, including actress Ashabi and the embattled Keji.
Interestingly, Portable recently sought to clarify his complicated relationship status to his followers. In a candid social media post, he declared that he considers himself to have only one true wife, categorizing the rest of the women in his life strictly as “baby mamas.” This follows a recent moment of frustration in January where, while showing off a brand-new car, he suggested that the money he spends on the women in his life is often unappreciated. He noted that he would much rather invest those funds into luxury vehicles for himself than into relationships that bring him constant stress.
