Pearl Ubani, the young businesswoman behind Myria Gee Global Enterprise Ltd, has been crowned the winner of the tenth season of The Next Titan Nigeria. Her victory came at the grand finale in Lagos, where she walked away with a prize of forty million naira after weeks of demanding business tasks and intense eliminations.
Her journey through the competition was marked by the confidence and clarity she brought to each challenge. The judges were convinced by her steady leadership and her vision for a stronger beauty industry driven by local innovation. It was this blend of determination and creativity that eventually secured her the top spot.
Moments after she was announced as the winner, Ubani spoke with emotion about what the achievement meant to her. She described it as a reminder that young people across the country can rise above any limitation when they stay committed to their ideas. She also reflected on how the show stretched her patience and strengthened her belief in her abilities.
She revealed plans to channel the prize money into expanding Myria Gee, her growing cosmetics manufacturing brand known for producing locally sourced beauty products. The brand also trains aspiring formulators and supports new entrepreneurs hoping to build a career in the beauty sector.
The Executive Producer of The Next Titan Nigeria, Mide Akinlaja, said this anniversary edition, themed Be Unconventional, drew thousands of entries from across the country. Regional auditions were held in major cities and online, leading to the selection of twenty contestants who lived and worked together for ten weeks in the Titan House. They were tasked with completing various business projects under the guidance of seasoned judges such as Kyari Bukar, Chris Parkes, Tonye Cole, and Lilian Olubi.
Akinlaja noted that the show continues to play a major role in inspiring young Nigerians to embrace entrepreneurship, not only those in the competition but also those watching from home. He thanked the sponsors whose support sustained the season, including the main sponsor Betano and platinum sponsor First City Monument Bank, along with partners such as SIFAX Group, Arik Air, Lifemate Furniture, Nikky Taurus, and NITDA.
Betano’s Senior Business Development Advisor for Africa, Daniel Lamberti, said the company’s involvement reflects its belief in hard work and innovation, values that resonate with the spirit of the show. Akinlaja also acknowledged the fresh ideas and opportunities the partnership brought to this milestone season.
