ZoyolsBlog

Actor Kunle Remi has stirred fresh reactions online after sharing a lighthearted jab aimed at his colleagues Peggy Ovire and Taye Arimoro, whose recent clash on a movie set has continued to generate buzz.

The tension between the two began when Arimoro released a video alleging that Peggy and her team assaulted him during a film shoot. He claimed she instructed her driver to block his car to stop him from leaving and that his tyres were deflated. He also displayed bruises on his lips and gums as proof of the encounter.

Peggy, however, countered his claims, insisting that Taye was the one who attacked two members of her crew while they were working. The controversy grew further when a CCTV recording from the location surfaced online. The footage showed the actress removing her wig and handing her phone to someone as though preparing to confront Arimoro, raising questions about her earlier account.

Following the development, Arimoro filed a legal complaint against the actress, demanding a public apology along with a compensation claim of one hundred million naira.

Kunle Remi stepped into the drama with a humorous twist. In a video posted on his Instagram page, he appeared exhausted on set before suddenly springing to his feet as if startled by the thought of what happened between Peggy and Taye. He jokingly captioned the clip with a remark about being wary of having tyres deflated or getting beaten while filming, a reference that fans immediately connected to the ongoing saga.
