Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has publicly urged fans and followers to take their health seriously, especially when trying to achieve a desired body shape. She shared her personal experience online, explaining how her strict dieting routine almost led to a serious health scare. The actress revealed that she had been on a diet since November and was pleased with the results, saying she had successfully achieved the body goals she wanted.

However, things became challenging when February arrived. Her schedule became more demanding as she juggled continuous movie shoots, fasting, and limited sleep. The combination of low energy, heavy work pressure, and reduced food intake began to take a toll on her strength. She recalled a moment during a business meeting where she suddenly began feeling dizzy while explaining something to others. She initially thought her vision was adjusting, but the situation quickly worsened as she started seeing double. Realizing she could not push herself further, she calmly sat on the floor to avoid collapsing. Fortunately, only a few people were around at the time, and they quickly brought her water to help stabilize her.

She used the experience as a message to those trying to manage weight or observe fasting periods, encouraging them to avoid pushing their bodies beyond safe limits. According to her, health should always come before physical appearance. She shared that people should avoid treating their bodies like machines that can be overloaded without consequences. The message, shared and later referenced by Zoyols, carried a simple reminder that maintaining balance is important while pursuing personal goals.

In her words, she emphasized that life should not be lived in excess pressure. She explained that discipline is good, but not at the expense of well-being. The actress also added that she was grateful to God for sustaining her through the experience and prayed for continued success in her career and personal life.

Beyond the health conversation, the actress had recently sparked online reactions after asking a provocative question about relationships and trust. She wondered what women would do if they discovered that their partners were involved with a married woman who had children. She shared that when she confronted the man about the situation, he denied it and described the woman as just a friend. She said she believed him, but pointed out the irony of someone judging single women involved with married men while allegedly doing the same thing privately. Many social media users wondered if her comments were connected to rumors surrounding challenges in her marriage, though she did not directly address such speculations.

She also spoke about the decline of strong family values in modern society. In another post, she expressed nostalgia for a time when people were more mindful of their words and actions in public spaces. She gave a shout-out to women who remain accountable, embrace moral values, and continue working toward personal success despite life’s challenges. She prayed for them to achieve success in every area of their lives while encouraging positivity and resilience.
