Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has strongly condemned the deadly bandit attack on Government Girls Comprehensive Senior Secondary School in Maga, Danko/Wasagu Local Government Area of Kebbi State. The late-night assault claimed the life of the school’s Vice Principal, Hassan Yakubu Makuku, an act Governor Radda described as a horrific example of criminality.

Expressing his condolences, Governor Radda commiserated with Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris, the people of Kebbi, and the families of the victims. He urged security agencies to intensify efforts to rescue the abducted students and ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice.

“This attack on a school is not just an assault on education; it is an attack on our collective future. We must stand united against those who threaten the safety of our children,” he said, calling for swift action and vigilance.

Governor Radda prayed for the safe return of the students and for lasting peace and security across the nation.
