In a heartfelt post on her Instagram page, Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has announced the burial date of her beloved mother, Madam Grace Abisola Owodunni. The mother-daughter duo’s bond has captured the hearts of many, and fans are rallying around Aigbe during this difficult time.
According to the burial flyer shared by Aigbe, the ceremony will take place on November 29, 2025, in Lekki, Lagos. Those wishing to pay their respects with asoebi can purchase materials for women at N200,000, which includes 5 yards of fabric and a gele, while men’s asoebi is priced at N150,000 for 5 yards and N300,000 for 10 yards.
Aigbe expressed her gratitude to her loved ones for their unwavering support, describing the past few weeks as emotionally and mentally draining. “These few weeks have been emotionally and mentally draining, but thank God for my very supportive circle,” she wrote, extending special thanks to a friend who gifted her a cow.
