Nineteen-year-old Emeka Angel, representing Imo State, has been crowned the winner of the 12th edition of Miss Ideal Nigeria, themed “Finding Her Season.” The grand finale, held earlier in November, captivated audiences with a dazzling display of poise, elegance, and empowerment as contestants from across the country competed for the prestigious crown.
Queen Angel impressed the judges with her confidence, authenticity, and eloquence, ultimately earning the title of Miss Ideal Nigeria 2025. In her first remarks after winning, she described the achievement as a dream come true, expressing gratitude and excitement. She emphasized that her journey has only just begun, sharing her determination to make a lasting impact both locally and internationally.
Looking ahead, Angel plans to launch her personal initiative, Sacred Roots and Beaded Bonds, aimed at fostering connection, confidence, and a sense of community among young people. She also shared her vision of representing Nigeria on global stages not only as a beauty queen but as an ambassador of culture and tourism hoping to collaborate with international organizations to promote unity, travel, and heritage appreciation.
The first runner-up, 25-year-old Ombolaji Folatunmise Samiat of Lagos State, impressed judges with her intelligence and charisma. The second runner-up, Mosunmola Akinmusayo of Ondo State, earned the title of Miss Ideal Nigeria Tourism 2025. Akinmusayo, an award-winning model and digital creator, has collaborated with global fashion and beauty brands and previously held titles including Face of Black Beauty Nigeria 2019, Miss Orient Top Model Nigeria, and Face of Ultimate NollyTV Western Ambassador 2018. She was also recognized as the Most Influential and Fashionable Model of the Year.
The 2025 edition of Miss Ideal Nigeria celebrated beauty with purpose, highlighting young women who exemplify leadership, vision, and social impact. With her victory, Emeka Angel is now set to carry this torch forward, representing the ideals of the pageant and inspiring a new generation of Nigerian youth.
